Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid ISA subscriptions. Subscriptions are sold by Ideological Systems Analytics, LLC, and payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time using the “Manage subscription” link in your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee, and you do not need to contact us to cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. To be sure you are not charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date shown on your receipt.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your first payment on a new subscription, you can request a refund within 7 days of that charge, and we honor this guarantee. To request one, email contact@isainsights.com; we process approved refunds through Stripe back to your original payment method.
After the initial 7-day window, payments for completed billing periods, including automatic renewals, are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. For annual plans, the 7-day guarantee applies to the annual charge; after that, cancelling stops your next yearly renewal and you keep access through the end of the year you have paid for, with no mid-year or prorated refund. If you have a special circumstance (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing error), email us and we will help.
Billing cycle, renewals, and price changes
Billing is anniversary-based: your subscription bills on the date you subscribed and renews on that same date each billing period. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you are charged that day and renewed on the 15th of each following month. Annual plans bill once a year on that same anniversary date. There is no partial or prorated first period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. If we change the price, we will give reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies to renewals after the notice period. Each receipt notes your renewal date.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and notify you. If payment cannot be completed, your paid access may pause or end until the balance is resolved. You can update your payment method through the “Manage subscription” link in your account.
