Privacy Policy

Last updated June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ideological Systems Analytics, LLC (“ISA,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use isainsights.com, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase a subscription (the “Service”).

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Email and account information — the email address you provide to subscribe or sign in, and an optional display name.
  • Subscription information — your plan, status, and renewal date. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we receive confirmation of your subscription and limited billing metadata, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
  • Usage and technical data — basic, standard server and product logs needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (for example, that you arrived from one of our emails). See “Cookies” below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.

How we use information

We use information to deliver and improve the Service: to send the content and emails you request, to provide and manage subscriptions and account access, to respond to you, to keep the Service secure, and to meet legal obligations. Newsletter signup uses a double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link we email you before we send further messages.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under their own terms:

  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions, and sales-tax calculation where applicable.
  • Resend — delivery of newsletters and account/transactional email.
  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Google Fonts — typography (may receive basic request data when fonts load).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic, non-identifying preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription or newsletter relationship is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask us to delete your account information (see “Your choices”). Opt-out and suppression records are kept as needed to honor your choices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to delete your account information, which is essentially the only personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email contact@isainsights.com.

Two things we retain even after a deletion request: records of the emails we have sent, which we keep for three years to demonstrate compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, and a minimal suppression record of any unsubscribe so we can continue to honor it. Your full card number is held by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us.

International users

The Service is intended for and directed to users in the United States. It is not offered or marketed to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and it is not designed to comply with the GDPR or UK GDPR. Keeping our focus on US consumers simplifies our regulatory compliance burden while we are an early-stage operation. We expect to explore international expansion in the future.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where your information is processed

ISA processes your account and content data in the United States, where our database, email, and payment providers are located. Stripe, our payment processor, is a United States company. By using the Service you understand your information is processed in the United States.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
